The RestEasy Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying hotel room purchase through the This site Web site. Qualifying purchase must occur on This site on or after July 31, 2005 and include a minimum purchase of one [1] night.
If you find a lower retail or prepaid rate for the same hotel, room type, and check-in and check-out dates on any other Web site within 24 hours following your confirmed reservation of a RestEasy rate on This site, This site will refund the difference.
To submit a refund request, send an e-mail within 24 hours of your This site purchase to RestEasy Guarantee support containing the following information:

Room type
Check-in and check-out dates
Rate quoted
Complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower rate you found online for the same dates and hotel room type you purchased on This site
The This site Customer Experience Team will contact you via e-mail. If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, we will request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower online rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.
Upon verification of the lower online rate, This site will refund the difference to the credit card you used to purchase the "RestEasy" hotel room in approximately 7 - 10 business days.
The RestEasy Guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, AARP, AAA, military, government, or convention rates.
The RestEasy Guarantee does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, rooms purchased through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or transferred or rooms purchased on Web sites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel until your reservation is complete (such as Hotwire and Priceline).
The RestEasy Guarantee applies to the rate for room nights only. Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals, or entertainment are not eligible.
This site reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information
This site will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the RestEasy Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by This site or the hotel or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to the This site rate.
These RestEasy Guarantee Terms and Conditions include and incorporate by reference the standard This site Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire understanding between you and This site relating to your hotel purchase.
Void where prohibited by law. This site reserves the right to modify or cancel the RestEasy Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any modification will be effective upon posting of modified RestEasy Guarantee Terms and Conditions on the This site Web site. Any cancellation will be effective upon removal of references to the RestEasy Guarantee and the RestEasy Guarantee Terms and Conditions from the This site Web site.
